Wallet Recharge via integrated payment gateways

Bank Transfers (available only for verified B2B accounts)

2. Wallet Recharge Model
All transactions on our platform are powered by a prepaid wallet system.

? For B2C Users:
Instant payment is required at the end before the completion of any booking .

Recharges are processed instantly via payment gateway.

There is no minimum or maximum recharge limit.

? For B2B Users:
Partners are issued unique login credentials and wallet access.

Recharges can be made via payment gateway or NEFT/RTGS transfer.

Credit facility must be settled within 7+2 working days.

3. Wallet Type and Usage
Our platform uses a closed-loop wallet, which means wallet balance can only be used to book services on [Your Portal Name].

Wallet balance is non-refundable and non-withdrawable.

Funds remain valid indefinitely unless inactive for over 12 months.

4. Failed Transactions
If payment is debited but not reflected in the wallet, users must notify support within 48 hours.

Upon verification, the amount will be refunded to the original source or wallet within 7 business days.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks
Any dispute must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.

For B2C: Disputes can be raised via email or customer support.

For B2B: Disputes must be raised via the partner dashboard or registered business email.


6. Acceptance and Modification
By continuing to use our platform, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates reflected on our website.
